
11 deputies of State Duma from southern regions did not vote for recognition of "DNR" and "LNR"

At the plenary session, the lower house of the Russian parliament unanimously voted for the ratification of the treaties on friendship and cooperation with the self-proclaimed separatist Donetsk and Luhansk republics. At the same time, 50 out of 450 parliamentarians did not vote. Of these, 11 represent the southern regions of Russia and the North Caucasus.
Among the missed votes - one of the closest proxies for Ramzan Kadyrov, Adam Delimkhanov (deputy from Chechnya), Saigidpasha Umakhanov and Murad Hajiyev (both from Dagestan), Dzhasharbek Uzdenov (Karachay-Cherkessia), First Deputy Chairman of the Committee, Vice-Chairman Contacts with compatriots of the State Duma Victor Vodolatsky (Rostov region), Alexei Volotskov (Volgograd region), Eduard Kuznetsov and Dmitry Lotsmanov (both from Krasnodar region) head of Volgograd Vitaly Likhachev (Volgograd region).
All of them are represented in the parliament of United Russia.
Also, in the vote missed a member of the faction "Fair Russia - For Truth" Timur Kanokov, along the party line of the entire North Caucasus.
