On March 15, during an informal meeting in Moscow, Russian President Vladimir Putin, Belarusian President Aleksandr Lukashenko, and Tajik President Emomali Rahmon held a phone conversation with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev.

The discussion focused on the future of interstate relations, with Putin formally inviting Aliyev to attend commemorative events in Moscow marking the 80th anniversary of the Victory in World War II. Aliyev expressed gratitude for the invitation, and the leaders agreed to meet at the event.

On March 14, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan spoke with Russian President Vladimir Putin, informing him that Armenia and Azerbaijan had agreed on the text of the “Agreement on the Establishment of Peace and Interstate Relations”. They also discussed other regional and bilateral matters.

On March 16, Pashinyan had a phone conversation with Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian, updating him on the completion of peace treaty negotiations and discussing regional issues and Armenia-Iran relations.

On the same day, Pashinyan also spoke with French President Emmanuel Macron, informing him of the agreement on the peace treaty draft and the completion of negotiations. They discussed Armenia-France relations, EU-Armenia cooperation, and broader South Caucasus issues.
