Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Says His Country Is Not Discussing CSTO Withdrawal

Armenia is not discussing the possibility of withdrawing from the Collective Security Treaty Organization, Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Vahan Kostanyan said after a government meeting on November 9.
According to him, no decision has been made on Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's participation in the CSTO summit in the Belarusian capital on November 23.
"If this decision is made, the public will be informed about it. Theoretically, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan may or may not participate [in the summit]," the deputy foreign minister said evasively.
