Answering the questions of MPs during the governmental hour in the National Assembly of the Republic, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan said that the 'freezing' of relations with the Collective Security Treaty Organization means that Armenia has no post president at the CSTO and does not participate in high-level and top-level events. 

"We still haven't received an answer from the organization to the question of the CSTO zone of responsibility in Armenia. The absence of an answer creates a threat to Armenia's security and territorial integrity," Pashinyan said. "Armenia will legally freeze its membership in the CSTO if the organization fails to fulfill its obligations," the prime minister further pointed out.

"If we have now de facto frozen our activity, then in case the issues are not resolved, we will do it de jure, and what will be left for us?" he said. "Of course, we do not block decision-making in the CSTO, but we also do not participate for one simple reason: we do not have an answer to why we should participate," the Armenian head added.
