On February 5, the Ombudsman Office of Georgia reported that a group of doctors operating under the Ombudsman of Georgia released a conclusion regarding the health status of Mikheil Saakashvili, the third President of Georgia. 

The doctors observed that Saakashvili had experienced weight gain and tested negative for orthostatic conditions, marking an improvement. However, he continues to exhibit muscle hypotrophy and neuropathy, as well as symptoms of anxiety and depression. The medical team emphasized the necessity for close medical monitoring and psychological support for the patient.

Despite the positive developments attributed to the supervision and treatment, the doctors asserted that all psychoneurological issues persist at the same level. As a result, they caution against forming a definitive positive prognosis for Saakashvili's condition. The medical team plans to conduct subsequent visits as deemed necessary, indicating ongoing monitoring and care for the former president's health.
