
OSCE Chairperson-in-Office on Working Visit to Yerevan

Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan had a meeting with Bujar Osmani, the OSCE Chairman-in-Office and Foreign Minister of North Macedonia, the government press release said.
Bujar Osmani highlighted the significance of OSCE's collaboration with Armenia, adding that the organization aims to promote peace and stability in the region.
The discussions between the two sides focused on matters concerning the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, the humanitarian crisis in Nagorno-Karabakh caused by the illegal blockade of the Lachin Corridor, and the border delimitation between Armenia and Azerbaijan. Reference was also made to the activities of the OSCE Minsk Group and the need for a more proactive role of the Personal Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office.
As the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported, the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office also held an expanded meeting with Armenia's FM Ararat Mirzoyan. Osmani touched upon the issues of border delimitation and demarcation between Armenia and Azerbaijan and expressed the OSCE’s commitment to promoting sustainable peace agenda in the region.
Later, the OSCE official shared his experiences and insights about the meeting with civil society representatives.
