
Separatist Nagorno-Karabakh Proposes Meeting with Azerbaijan

On April 10, the de-facto authorities of the separatist Nagorno-Karabakh, through the command of the Russian peacekeeping contingent, sent the Azerbaijani side a proposal to hold a meeting at the place of deployment and with the mediation of Russian peacekeepers to discuss urgent humanitarian issues.
Earlier, on March 13, the Azerbaijani Presidential Administration stated that Azerbaijan offered Karabakh Armenians a meeting in Baku.
Moreover, on March 1, Ramin Mammadov, the Azerbaijani MP responsible for maintaining contact with Armenian residents residing in the Karabakh region, met with their representatives at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Khojaly city.
